In the fall of the year 2000, global premium skater label, Savier launched with a mission to make “the best skate shoes possible”. At the heart of this successful cult brand, was a tight-knit family of skaters based in Portland, Oregon. By 2001 the brand was valued at over 10-million-dollars and was acquired by a major, leading sports organisation.
This put the Savier name to the front of the industry and the brand became known for its uniqueness, originality and authenticity. Represented by snowboarders and skateboarders the brand became popular for its stand out designs and quality products. Twenty years later Savier reconnects with a long-lost downtown culture, appealing to today’s nostalgic skaters, punks and hip-hop heads, since a relaunch under new management.
